Laser Cutting JMF Ltd have two Amada Apelio laser punch machines, capable of processing sheet metal of up to 3m x 1.5m x 6mm. These machines are complete with automatic loading and unloading tables. We also have two 4.4 KW lasers complete with automatic loading towers capable of handling sheets of up to 4.0m x 2m x 15mm. Automated loading and unloading of material enables JMF to run an un-manned operation. This 'drip feed' system allows the lasers to run un-manned while the rest of the facility is non-operational i.e. nights and weekends. Our dynamic CCTV system allows operators to remotely monitor their machines from home around the clock.
